I did too, and looking at my door striker collars they were completely shot
Not finding any good info on a replacement part, or even if the striker can be serviced to replace this wear item I turned to my 3D printers again.
The collar replacement is split at a slight angle to reduce chances of being caught by the latch and install without any disassembly. They install in seconds with a set of long needle nose pliers to spread it apart just enough to fit over the striker.
They are packaged in sets of three (two to install, and one to lose/break). The collar is printed with 100% infill PETG-CF filament.
